I have a 1994 Isuzu Amigo, one month ago I drove it to the grocery store and when I came back out it would crank over but wouldn't start. So, I replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, and the fuel pump relay. I tried to start it after those repairs and it still cranked over but didn't start, then a day later it started out of the blue. I ran great for the whole month. Then the other day I was driving it and swerved to miss running over a deer (dead already) but ran over a part of it. The motor stopped and it once again cranked over but wouldn't start. This time I replaced the Distributor cap, rotor, plug wires and spark plugs and still no change. I am now in the middle of replacing the timing belt. I this doesn't work do you have any suggestions. I have power going to the fuel pump and the spark plugs (the old ones) smelled like gasoline. I am running out of ideas.

Have you looked for a crank sensor or check the module? You said the old plugs smell like fuel this means it is getting gas. Now do have spark? If you have no spark then it could be a crank sensor or control module.
