Engine Cooling problem
1988 Other Isuzu Models 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I have a leak somewhere in the cooling system. I think I found out where the drip is. It's comming from the muffler. I know nothing about carts/trucks. I have to keep adding water to the radiator before I drive it. Can someone tell me what I will need to repair to solve my cooling problem. Whether it be a hose, water pump, the radiator itself. Thank you

Hi there,

you will need to have the system pressure tested to locate any external leaks. The water coming from the exhaust is a by product of combustion. If there are no external leaks, you will have to get the engine tested for a head gasket problem. Do the pressure test first.
