Electrical problem
2005 Isuzu NPR 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 50000 miles
RT. TURN SIGNAL CAUSES FLASHER TO CLICK FAST, NON OF THE LIGHTS ILUMINATE,(DASH, FRONT, BACK) LEFT SIDE AND HAZZARDS WORK PROPERLY. TRIED NEW FLASHER & BULBS

Check all grounds. May be abad turn signal switch, sounds like you have covered the usual suspects, if grounds are good, all fuses are good.My software doesnt have a wiring diagram for NPR's, but there shouldnt be anything else in the system.Does it have seperate brake lights? If not, do they work too?
