I have read some bad stuff on kia rios but I am thinking of getting it and right away getting the timing belt replaced if I need to. How do I tell if it needs replaced? What should I look for when I go look at this cae today? Certian sounds or anything?

Timing belts should be replaced along with tensioner at 105000 mi max. Just check for general wear or take to your friendly mechanic he will check it over for a fee. Check oil for being black, and under engine if really dirty cars last how they are taken care of.
