you may not have one inside the vehicle. there would be 2 latches outside. They usually put them on the lower part of the dash above the parking brake. Some could be on the floor however....

There should be a knob in the lower-middle part of your dash between your heater controls and clock. If it's not there it may have broken off. Just pull on the wire under the dash to release.
