Just replaced the Knock Sensor on my 1998 QX4 (112,000 miles)The engine is a 3.3L V6 with 4 wheel drive. Had to take off the plenum and intake manifold, disconnevct several electrical connections and hoses. Also cahnged the oil and filter while I was ay it. Put it all back together and the car started right up. But now the ATP (Automatic Transmission Park) warning light is on. I'm fairly sure all of the connections and hoses are back on and in the right place. The transmission is doing funky things. Rolling in park, not going in gear (at times). I really do not want to have to take off the top of the engine again to checvk for something if that is not a possible and/or probable cuase of the ATP warning light. If it is a possibility. Which connectors should I recheck? The only other thing I did was the oil filter change.

ATP is all about the transfer case range selector. Double check any grounds you may have unhooked to do the intake. Check to see if maybe you pulled on something near the trans while working up top
