2003 Infiniti I35 Brake noise

Brakes problem
2003 Infiniti I35 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 93000 miles

I've changed 7 months ago front pads high quality, rotors front & rear, calibre front right & left.
After 7 months of driving without any problems, now when I push the brake, I hear sometimes a noise like metal on metal, on the front. My mechanic check the car, and he didn't see anything wrong to the brakes. Could you tell me please what shoud be with my brakes?

Hi there,

If the mechanic inspected the brake pads and there is ample material left, there may be a stone lodged behind the backing plate and the rotor, if so it will grind away and fall out, you should be able to hear it if you jack up the wheel and spin the wheel slowly, start here.
