I recently replaced the muffler and full exhaust system in my car at the dealer.

As soon as I picked up the car and drive it home about 20 minutes away, when I opened the car door I immediately received a fowl rotten egg smell. I thought the smell would go away in a few days since the exhaust was brand new, but now I can smell the rotten egg smell in the cabin of the car.

Could you please advise.

Thanks much.

Take it back to dealer and have them repair it, probably a new convertor.
The rotton egg smell is sulpher, and it probably would not pass any emmission test.

They repaired it, they should fix it on their dime.

Are you getting any error codes?
