1998 Infiniti I30 Lights start flashing on dash, abs, batte

Problem has existed for a couple of months.
Mechanic replaced :
1. Stater
2. Alternator
3. Battery
4. Last thing he said it was wiring harness to alternator.
Each time lights would flash and car would lose power and had to pull over and car would barely idle.
Turned off and woulkd not restart; but lights were on bright and windows and accesories worked fine.
This is where we are at. Please advise.
