My vehicle was broken into, and the ignition switch was messed up by an intruder trying to steal the vehicle. Ignition switch was changed out to a new one. As a result, the truck will not start up. All lights and electrical will come on but turning over it will not.

Is the security light flashing? Also is the new key coded for the car. If so, you can try a hard reboot which is done by removing the negative side of the battery, with the cable loose from the negative side of the battery, hold it to the positive terminal for 1 minute this will discharge the memory capacitors in the BCM and PCM allowing the system to reboot.
