However, I am getting spark from the other two. Could it be the module or bad coil pack? Replaced the coil pack with a used one but still no spark from that pack but other packs are firing.

Hi,

Switch a working coil on the vehicle with the one in question to see if the problem still exists. If it does, then we have to check a few things to determine the cause of the issue. If it does change and you get spark from the number 1 coil, replace the coil. If the same thing happens, chances are it is the module.

Let me know what you find.

Take care,

Joe

Thank you, Joe. Will do, I picked up a new coil today so we will see what happens. I always thought that if it was the module that it would affect all coil packs however, I was informed that each pack runs off of its own circuit within the module board. But yeah, I will let you know and again, thank you.

Hi,

No problem whatsoever. Also, that is correct. You can have one that fails as a result of the module itself.

Let me know what you find and hang in there. We'll get it fixed.

Take care,

Joe

Hi,

I saw this response from you and was wondering if you have been able to make any progress. Were you able to get spark from coil one?

Let me know.
