My key will not go in my ignition and it is stuck in the acc mode.

This happens when the ignition key lock falls apart internally. You will need to get a new key lock for the ignition from the dealer so they can program it for you before installation. Here is how the part is changed out in the images below. Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
