turn the key on it everything turned on but now wont turn on the car or off just turns freely

Your description is very confusing. "Everything turned on but it won't turn on". What do you mean by "turns freely"? Does that mean the engine cranks like normal but won't start and run or do you mean it spins real fast with no resistance like it should have?
When you're asking an engine-related question, please include which engine you have. They're all very different and use different systems. Did the Check Engine light turn on? How did this happen? Did the engine stall while you were driving or was it running fine the last time you parked it but now won't start?
