Hello, I recently changed my IACV and forgot to put the gasket on due to rushing. There is a lot of white smoke because the coolant got through. Is it okay to drive until all of the coolant runs its course out of the car? I was also thinking about adding Seafoam to speed up the process.

Hi,

Once you fix the issue so that there is not a continuous source or coolant then it is fine to just let what is in there steam out. However, this should not take long. If it doesn't start to diminish or go away in a day then you may still have a leak.

Let me know if I am misunderstanding something. Thanks.
