Please help.

i cannot open and close the doors by the remote control,
and I have gone to the reformer and he's tried programming the
remote control with the vehicle, but the vehicle does not do anything.
He checked the remote control and it is functioning,
and he told me that he cannot locate the problem in the vehicle, but he thinks
the door control receiver device in the vehicle is not functioning.

The question is:
1- Is it possible to repair the problem?
2- is there a burned fuse?
3- and Where is the door control receiver device location in the vehicle?
4- what is the another problems that is possible to expect?

please help me *_*

If he believes the door controller module is the problem he should scan for codes and it should pick up the problem right away, unless the scanner is not a professional model and or he does not know how to scan properly. The main body module is the controller for this and it can also be a can/bus problem either with another module or wiring. Dealers are the only ones that can program body modules. There are three different systems on this car the picture shows fuses on one model and probably same on others.
