I got caught in a rain storm last Tuesday coming from under a bridge ran into alot of water. No water got in the car but since my car has been hesitating. With foot on gas pedal it takes a bit to pick up speed but when it does it takes off. Now I have done a tune up spark plugs, coil packs, and wires. I have used the throttle cleaner as well. It still does it. At time I can get in the car and it run fine but other times it hesitates and acts like it don't want to pick up on the speed right away. Any suggestions?

IF this car has a mass air flow sensor. I would look at that. You could have gotten some water in the intake and fried the hot wire in the mass air flow. Check your intake tube everywhere behind the sensor to be no unmetered air is getting in.
