2006 Hyundai Tiburon put the battery in wrong order

When I changed my old battery I put the new one in back words and now the door lock, clock and the light inside the car stopped working. The AC works but I have to reset it every time I get in the car which I didn't have to do before. I checked all the fuses and they all seem fine.
I need some helpful idea to trableshoot this problem please!

You have in-line fuses that are not in a box like regular fuses, they will be found literally in line with the wiring. I wouldn't be surprised to find some of these fuses shot after cross polarizing battery.
