2003 Hyundai Tiburon wont start

I left the car in the garage for the winter. now it wont start. its not the spark plugs. when i try to turn it on it wont even crank. the lights dont work, but the battery is fine. the owner before me installed an after market security system. when i try to start it absolutely nothing happens.

if the lights don't work then it's definitely a charging system issue. are you certain the battery is good? if so, make sure the battery cables are tight and the ends are clean at all connections..
