2003 Hyundai Tiburon wont start

I left the car in the garage for the winter. Now it wont start. Its not the spark plugs. When I try to turn it on it wont even crank. The lights dont work, but the battery is fine. The owner before me installed an after market security system. When I try to start it absolutely nothing happens.

If the lights don't work then it's definitely a charging system issue. Are you certain the battery is good? If so, make sure the battery cables are tight and the ends are clean at all connections.
