I have just started to notice that after I have shifted into gear (any gear), as I attempt to accelerate up to speed, my car is feeling likeI;a have the clucth pedal somwhat depressed. If I try to accelerate more, the engine will rev up, but it takes a long time to get up to speed. Once it does get up to speed, there are no other symptoms, until either I shift again or accelerate harder. I am assuming that my clutch is going out. Is it safe to drive it until I can get it in for a repair, or do you think I am going to get stranded?
Thanks for your help, Lane

Make sure the clutch resivour is full. If it is, it sounds like you need a new clutch. If it is slipping like described, it could cause other damage to the flywheel. Eventually, it will get worse.
