2009 Hyundai Sonata excessive window wind noise

I have had my car into Hyundai 5 times for this problem. The noise is so bad that you need to shout to the people setting in the back seat. Yet the service managers claim that they don't hear it. My 94 year old aunt who is deaf in one ear and can hardly hear out of the other always ask's why do we keep the window open, she hears it, everyone who rides in the car hears the wind noise except the Hyundai
service people.
Could the noise be from the top middle glass stopper being improperly set? Or could the door's be out of
alignment?
