HI I my car is starting but with the "ESC OFF" light on and the check engine light on. It idles high(about 1200) and is unresponsive to the gas pedal. Thankfully it goes away when I restart it. Sometimes it takes a few attempts. It has done this while im driving. The "ESC OFF" light comes on and it won't go past 1200 rpms. This questions is exactly like one posted by another user a month ago.

This might be the TPS or a binding on the trottle plate stuck open, or a binding cable.
To be accurate, should pull out the codes and come back

P2106 tAc system forced limited power
P1295 fuel air metering
P2135 tps pedal position sensor. Â
You might be right on the money with that answer. I just bought this car and ran it low on gas. The next day it started doing this. The last time I drove it every thing was fine. Any suggetions on how to address this as inexpensively as possible. Thank you.

If you do it yourself will be the most inexpense way you will go;
the codes pointed at a system at fault not just component replacement.
Visually inspect the throttle plate for binding or sticking, make sure there is ground and power. The TP sensor may need to be replaced.
When you fix the TP, the others codes may desapear, because they are linked.
