vehicle won't start - will not accept battery jump -
pulsating ticking noise coming from fuse box; noise will go off if any door is opened except drivers door.
noise will stay on when all doors are closed.
Don't know if this is related but the drivers door lock was jamming not allowing it to close then suddenly began working again.
Lock cannot be operated by remote.
