I have a 04 Sonata 6 cylinder
It was raining today, I did not go thru any large puddles or anything odd. I was driving and the car hesitated, I gave it gas it was ok for a few seconds. Then the car was losing power, and fely like it would stall. I did not give anymore gas and was moving in the left lane to turn in a parking lot. The car stalled. The check engine light went on, I waited a few seconds I tried starting, it started then stopped right away. Waited about 2 mins, started it and it started it seems to hesitate or bog when I gave it gas but it was OK, not great though I can feel the difference. I needed to drive to work so I started driving the 3 miles to get to work, it does not feel the same, it feels like it has less power and the check engine light is still on.
Can anyone give some suggestions, it is not under warrenty and has 79K miles

If the check engine light is on, take it to a nationally recognized parts store and have them scan the computer for codes. The computer has a code saved that will identify the problem.

Let me know what you find.
