2003 Hyundai Sonata Car won't start

Electrical problem
2003 Hyundai Sonata 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Tried to unlock car with key when remote was used to lock car.
Alarm sounded and car would not start.

i disconnected battery to shut off alarm.

Re- connect battery and now car will not start.
I get a clicking sound. No started turn over
Is there a reset for alarm disable?

I checked all fuses and they look good
