Well i just bought this car off of craigslist and i have had it for about 4 to 5 wks not i cant get it registered because my service engine light wont go off so i have taken it to AutoZone they said it was the battery and they charged it then when it died again they suggested that it may be the alternator but the alternator is new so not i went to a repair shop and they told me that the gasline was clogged the code was 4440 or something like that meaning it was water in the gasline so i had water remover put in my tank and it was suppose to make the Service engine light go out but it didnt but 3days before i had that done a repair shop put a fuel injection treatment in my tank when i filled it up with gas but the light still didnt go off but the car drives fine ive driven it on the highway trying to drive out the water but the light stays on im just not sure what needs to be fixed
