I currently own a '97 Hyundai Sonata in good working condition except for my heater this morning! It has 93k. Yesterday I drove it 400 miles roundtrip in 10 below weather and I had to run the heater on high for the trip in the snow so the windows don't ice/fog up! I smelled a bit of an electrical smell on the last 10 minutes of the drive, I started the car this morning and I don't have a heater. The fuses appear to be in good working condition. Did I burn it up? Probably heh. Is it a huge job to replace? If so, where is the blower fan located? Thanks.

Might be in the switch on the dash, make sure you have voltage to the switch and through the switch to the motor, a visual inspection for burning of the connectors on the back might be a clue, you can test for continuity across the power in terminal and a power out terminal, if you know how, you can jump wires to test or have it tested. Fuses are under dash and hood, did you check both places?
