I noticed that my driver side rear tirer seems to be
off balanced. Maybe slanted.

Hi there,

Jack up and check that the hub is not loose, and the wheel is tight, spin the wheel and if you can see any run out, try changing it with the spare and go it it checked by your mechanic.
