I have been advised that i need to change my Glow plugs on my hyundai santa fe, the car will not start when really cold. Where do they go?

I dont recall Hyundai having a diesel in their Santa Fe that year. Have you resolved your issue. If not I would contact the local dealer and ask them. Speak tothe guys in the parts department. I ussually get better results there. They aren't usually as busy and they can pull drawings up quickly.
