Car Idles @ 3000 rpm in Neutral. It start after I had it fixed after a fender bender. What should I check first?

I would check all of your vacuum hoses for leaks and kinks or even some hoses may have become disconnected

The throttle cable it probably to tight, check the tension and it should have a little play in it at idle. Also, I would service the throttle body, here is a guide to help us fix it. Please check the throttle body diagrams below.
