2007 Hyundai Elantra 4 cyl Automatic 20,820 miles

Hello, my engine light only comes on when my gas gauge gets below the 1/4 tank mark and when that does, I have trouble starting the car. But when I fill up the light goes off and no more problems until it's below the 1/4 tank mark. Any suggestions?

Hi there,

You may have a problem with the fuel pick up in the tank. I would either keep it above 1/4 tank or get the pump & pick up inspected for a fault.
