My wipers stopped working, so I replaced the motor, and they still would not work. So I replaced the wiper relay, and still they did not work. Any ideas on what to do next? Any help would be helpful, thanks.

You did not mention if the wiper washer motor worked or not. The unit that squirts fluid to the windshield.

If not working: Locate passenger compartment junction block (fuse box) behind left side of dash and check fuse #22 20A.

If working: Follow this diagnostic

About two years ago, we got a new front window put in. And Since we had to replace the wipers four times because they did not wipe correctly. Could the new window be at a different curvature that the wipers do not work correctly?

I believe the problem is more likely to be due to the wiper arms tension, its linkages, pivots or adjustment.

I saw your answer regarding the passenger side wiper not working and you told them to tighten the nut. This keeps happening to me. Is there a may to tighten it up and keep it tightened?

Occasionally for the past year, the tranny seems to slip, or hit a flat spot. It does not happen very often and when I take my foot off the gas and reapply the car runs fine. I have been waiting for my tax check to arrive so I can bring it into a transmission shop to check it out, but I was curious what you think. It tends to occur at around forty and sixty mph.
Thanks

the windshield wiper on the passenger side will not work. When I move it with my hands, it spins around.

My windshield wipers just stopped working. They do not work on any speed, nor does the washer fluid work. Where should I start on maintenance?

I am writing because I would like to know what can be done to fix my windshield wipers. I am driving an Elantra wagon 1999.
They are not moving and I have tried replacing the fuse and still nothing but it sounds like I can hear the motor running.

Any Ideas as to what the problem can be?

Sincerely,

Lonewolf71
