Check engine on. Checked the troubleshooting codes. Got P0130 and P0134. Engine is stalling frequently and jerking with loss of power. I'm planing to replace pre cat. Con. Oxygen sensor. Might there be any other underlying problems I should check for?

Mine did the same thing. Have you tried replacing the ignition wires and coil. I replaced the coil and it didnt work so I bought plug wires and that cured it up and got mega improvement in gas mileage and the engine light went away. So recommend buying plugs first and if that didnt work replace the coil.
The code your recieving is saying a fault with o2 sensor and which its a basic comp and tells something wrong. Not necessarily the sensor but the sensors readings. So in turn the plugs wires and not sending adequate volts. Oh btw try plugs with the plug wires:D
