Engine Performance problem
2001 Hyundai Elantra 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi I have A 2001 hyundai elantra with AT.I have been having a rpm surge in park or gear it surges from 1500 to 2500 RPM all the time.
So I am trying to fix it the only code that is showing is P0121
I have replaced the TPS the air actuator and the MAP also new plugs wires coils aircleaner PVC vales and oil.
I have checked all hoses for air leaks and sprayed starter fluid all around the intake I can find NO air leak.
NOW the car still surges and when I drive it and give the computer time to set itself the RPM will just run at 5000 RPM all the time. I then clear the computer and it just surges from 1500 to 2500 untill I drive it again and the computer set its self and wham back at 5000 RPM Please help Thanks
I have checked all parts and am sure they are GOOD
