After a day of 5 inch snow parking on the street, next day the car won't start. Battery still got plenty of life (enough to turn on radio and headlight), have about 1/3 of gas in the tank. As twisting the car key the generator runs only for 1 second and whats left was only the spark plug electrical sound can be heard. I don't think if snow have leak into the engine as the snow only last for few hours and only got to 5 inch high.

If all you hear is the continuous "clicking" sound, it is your battery. Yes, I do understand that it is enough to turn the radio and lights, but bear in mind that it only takes less than 10 amps to turn all your accessories, but it takes in the neighborhood of 300 amps to start the vehicle. Have the battery load-tested at an auto parts store.
