2000 Hyundai Elantra Won't fire up

I have a problem, the engine turn but I don't get any spark to the spark plugs or any fuel pressure. I hooked up my OBD II to see if it would read any type of problem but it didn't read anything.So then I hooked up the fuel pump direct to get fuel pressureand still didn't get it to fire up. Anything would be helpful thank you.
