I have a 2000 Hyundai Elantra and it will not start. I have checked to see if I am getting spark and I am not. I can smell the gas, so I know it is getting gas. I have checked all fuses and grounding what else could it be?

Hi Okey,

Electrical faults are varied so you can only start from the basic components. Check the following.

1. Crank angle sensor.

2. Cam angle sensor.

3. ECU

4. main relay.
