2005 Hyundai Accent 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

Hi,
I have been learning everything the hard way till I came to this forum.
As I said my hyundai 1.5 sohc is giving me this trouble for an year. Ie when I apply accelerator in a sudden motion the car bogs down and you can feel it adecelerating. So much so that you have to downshift to catch up with traffic. I have changed:
Fuel/air /oil filters
Oxygen sensor
Spark plugs
cleaned the injectors

The REAL interesting part is that this problem is resolved and the car acelerates nicely when I am on my LAST 2~5 ltrs.
I e the last remaining 1/2 inch of fuel level rectifies this. How is it possible.

Check the fuel pressure and volume delivery of the fuel pump. That don't cut it do below Inspect and test all the following

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
