2003 Hyundai Accent Valve Cover Gasket

Have a 2003 Hyundai Accent 1.6l. Oil seaping from valve cover. I have a new gasket and want to see if there is a sequence and what torgue to use when replacing the bolts. Also do I need to use a gasket sealer and what type would be best?

First, make sure both surfaces are clean and dry when you put it back together. Also, I don't recommend using a sealant in addition to the gasket. If it is clean and dry, that gasket will take care of it. Sometimes a sealant will allow the gasket to slip.
