OVER THE LAST FEW MONTHS I HAVE NOTICED THAT WHEN I ATTEMPT TO FILL MY FUELTANK IT WILL START OFF FINE THEN THE PUMP WILL SHUT OFF AFTER A FEW GAL. AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS THE PUMP BUT IT IS A RECURRING ISSUE AT ALL PUMPS NOW AND I HAVE TO KEEP CLICKING THE HANDLE TO RESTART THE PUMP UNTIL THE TANK IS FULL. EVEN IF I TRY TO FILL THE TANK ON A SLOW VOLUME FILL IT WILL STOP THE PUMP AS IF THE TANK IS FULL. ANY IDEAS THIS IS BECOMING FRUSTRATING

Sounds to me like you have a fuel tank venting issue. This vehicle is equipped with a evaporative vent control solenoid. If this solenoid is stuck closed, when you try filling up the vehicle the air pressure builds up and shuts the pump off. Best way to check this would be to temporary disconnect the vent solenoid hose, and try filling the vehicle. This may set a check engine light, but can help to determine the source of the concern.
