Seems to me, my Hyundai always has the same problem. I go through plug wires left and right. I bet the last 6 months I have replaced them 5 times. My car will lose power going up a hill and I'll have to downshift just to keep my RPM's high so it will climb. I have replaced the valve, head gasket, and the MAF sensor, plugs, and LOTS of wires. My check engine light is on but the only code is p1133 which is like a maufacturer body code. It also came up O2 bank 1 so I cleared it, ran it, and that code never came back Once in a while it will say cylinder 2 misfire, but not always. If i lug it my check engine light will blink at me till it picks up and stops hesitating. I'm thinking maybe its the coil? When I replaced the plug wires it will run a lot better only for about 2 weeks though.

P1133 is O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1) is also P0133 except it is manufacturer specific. Follow this diagnostic to check your O2 sensor circuit.
