2000 Hyundai Accent Wont pass smog, transmission shifts bet

Bought car recently. Wouldn't run at all untill I had the MAF changed. Runs good now but it wont pass smog and has trouble shifting. Error codes "PO123 TPS sensor A CKT high input" and a transmission code. The TPS is a easily replacable part and it looks as if the hack I bought it from already did. Isn't there a way to set/calibrate the TPS electronically? Which the hack probably didn't do.

Also may need a Cat but thats another future issue.

There are many TSB's on the automatic tranny in these, but to get you the right info I need the actual tranny code..TPS is not adjustable, you can only do a function check, here's how:

You might need to clear the codes with a scanner...
