1995 Hyundai accent. Upon starting out in the morning and throughout the day, or upon stopping at a light or making any kind of stop, the car starts off so sluggish that a bicycle will overtake it. Within half a block the car speeds up and drives normally. I have changed the spark plugs, the plug wires, the fuel filter, and no change. Please help!
Thank you.
