2006 Hummer H3 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles
I changed the harness and resistor I have 12.7v at the blower motor harness but when I plug it in to the motor it drops to 0v and the motor will not run do I have a bad motor?

Try powering the blower motor direct from the battery and see what happens
