engine running rough no code.sometimes different sounds from exhaust

Is it lacking power?, It may have a plugged or restricted cat. Being an 06 it should register misfires and set a p0300 misfire code. You may opt to have it looked at, particularily cylinder misfire data and fuel trim values.
