The Hummer drives fine on the highway or for wide turns. I had the drive lives and drive train replaced as well as front axel. Now when I go to turn into a parking spot or make a sharper turn it feels like the vehicle is really tight. Just like a vehicle feels when its in locked into 4WD in town instead or 2WD. It wasnt doing this before.

It could be locked in four wheel drive. Try switching it from 4hi open to 4hi locked and see if it changes. They used a plastic mode shift fork in the transfer case that can break, and/or the mode collar can break also. It is a simple repair, that requires the transfer case to be removed and partially disassembled.
