why is my security indicator light on? how do I turn it off?

is the light on all the time? or only when you turn the car off? is it solid on all the time? or blinking? you will need a scanner if you don't have one to diagnose the problem, let me know if you have one, (if you don't we sell them on this site) and I will step you through the procedure called "diagnostic system check -- theft Deterrent"
