There is a leak in the power steering hose that goes from the pump over the back side of the engine. When attempting to purchase a replacement, the question is whether it is a pressure hose or return hose.

Good afternoon,

The pressure line picture is attached with the procedure as well as the return line.

Can you post a picture of the hose leaking?

It is the same. The hose that shows here is the pressure hose.

Is that the one that is leaking?

Yes. That one goes towards the firewall. The leak is on the underside where the wood is. Are there fasteners behind there and does the hose continue straight down over the valve cover?

Yes, there are 2 more fasteners between there and the steering rack. The second diagram I sent shows the route of the hose.

The procedure is also attached in a previous post.

Number 4 is the left front of the cradle under the car. The picture is the cradle that the engine and transmission is mounted.
