Hello,

Have you checked to see if the horn relay is stuck?

If it is the switch you'll need to replace the air bag module. EBay and car-part. Com would be good sources for one. Below is the replacement procedure

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Disable the SIR system. (Do this by disconnecting negative battery lead and waiting 10 minutes)
CAUTION:
- Refer to SIR Caution in Service Precautions.
- Refer to SIR Inflator Module Handling and Storage Caution in Service Precautions.
2. Remove the steering column trim covers.
3. Rotate the steering wheel 1/2 turn in order to access the screws to the steering wheel
inflator module at the back of the steering wheel.
4. Use a T30 TORX(R) in order to remove the inflator module screws.
5. Gently pull the inflator module from the steering wheel.
6. Remove the connector position assurance (CPA) from the yellow SIR electrical connector.
7. Disconnect the yellow SIR electrical connector from the steering wheel inflator module.
8. Disconnect the horn ground lead from the steering wheel.

9. Rotate the horn contact lead (2) counterclockwise 1/4 turn in order to remove the horn contact
lead from the steering column shaft tower.
10. Remove the steering wheel inflator module.
11. Fully deploy the module before disposal. If the module was replaced under warranty, fully
deploy and dispose of the module after the required retention period.

IMPORTANT: Do not install the steering wheel inflator module to the steering wheel at this time.

Tighten the screws to 10 N.M (89 lb in).

2. Rotate the steering wheel 1/2 turn in order to center the steering wheel.
3. Position the steering wheel inflator module to the steering wheel.
4. Rotate the horn contact lead (2) clockwise 1/4 turn in order to install the horn contact lead
to the steering column shaft tower.5. Connect the horn ground lead to the steering wheel.

6. Connect the yellow SIR electrical connector to the steering wheel inflator module.
7. Install the CPA to the yellow SIR electrical connector.
8. Align the inflator module screws with the openings on the steering wheel.

IMPORTANT: Route the wiring harnesses correctly.

9. Install the inflator module to the steering wheel by firmly pressing into place until fully
seated.
10. Install the steering column trim covers.
