The clutch intermittently acts up in such a way that while idling in neutral with the clutch to the floor, I cannot shift into any gear. If I shut the engine off, I can shift into any gear, but if I start the engine, the vehicle idles very roughly and attempts to lunge forward. Most of the time I can shut it off, wait a few minutes, restart the car and it will then shift OK.

This only happens in parking lots or at stops. (Low Speed). I have never have had an issue when driving down the road.

Hi
Have tried bleeding system ? air maybe in there or clutch master has a piston seal leak allowing pressure to bleed off. Try pumping pedal see if that allows shifting. if so then master or slave is faulty.
Hope this helps
Thanks for donate

I havenot bled the clutch system. Pumping the clutch does not help. So far the only thing that seems to help is to shut the car off wait a few minutes, then restart. The issue doesn't seem to be related to the car being hot or cold.
