My Honda Prelude will not start. It was driven the day before. The lights and radio work fine when the igntion is turned, which leads me to believe it is not the battery. It does not turn over when the key is turned. What could this be?

Test the battery should read 12.4volts or better-if not charge and get it up. Make sure its cleaned/properly tighten and inspect both ends of the cables. Could be the ignition switch/transmission range/NSS /starter relay/clutch interlock switch and starter itself. Troubleshoot-see below
